PQA LONGFIELD AM - FINDING NEMO
Disney’s Finding Nemo JR. is a musical adaptation of the beloved 2003 Pixar movie Finding Nemo, with new music by award-winning songwriting team Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez. Marlin, an anxious and over-protective clownfish, lives in the Great Barrier Reef with his kid Nemo, who longs to explore the world beyond their anemone home. But when Nemo is captured and taken to Sydney, Marlin faces his fears and sets off on an epic adventure across the ocean. With the help of lovable characters such as optimistic Dory, laid-back sea turtle Crush, and the supportive Tank Gang, Marlin and Nemo both overcome challenges on their journey to find each other and themselves. This production is performed by the students from PQA Longfield.

This performance celebrates music from across the vibrant world of gospel. Ken Burton is a composer, conductor and performer whose work is seen, heard and performed around the globe including Oscar and Grammy-award winning, and BAFTA nominated projects. Since the last Dartford concert he has been busy as a TV judge, conductor, and interviewee, and has worked as a conductor and singer on numerous film soundtracks, including The Marvels, Candy Cane Lane, Holiday Road . He appears regularly on BBC Songs Of Praise -the longest running religious television broadcast in the world.
Dartford Township Choir is an open and compassionate community dedicated to spreading happiness through singing. They are not like other choirs - they work with an exciting range of directors to give members the opportunity to sing different genres of music. -
